Phantom problems are little technical issues with IT equipment that is caused by negligence on the part of the system user, EEOC(Equipment Exceeds operators capability) and or technical procedural failure.
Some problems aren’t really problems. They’re just misunderstandings between the device that needs instant resolution by the user without breaking production.
To some is, “I can’t print again with the printer I just used, my mouse ceased to move”, to others is “My system hangs, my projector screen went off during a presentation”.

In any case, ICT equipment Phantom problems decrease or even stop productivity in firms and offices that are heavily reliant on IT equipment. These problems comes in several categories which includes, User Attitude, software issues, virus issues, computer system problem, printer issues and all hardware peripherals.
